I am looking to buy a beach condo and I came across some condos for sale at Malibu Bay Club, and am wondering why they are so cheap???
Is anyone familiar with Malibu Bay Club condo complex in Malibu, CA?
No these are the prices to buy. No place in Malibu would cost that much to rent a month.
I think that you are looking at the price to rent it (for a summer or a month or something), not the price to buy it (and keep it forever).
