The tax assessor's office will have information about square footage, bedrooms and baths, but nothing about condition. When is the last time you did unpaid professional work, with tools you paid for, gratis? I don't ask people to sign buyers agency agreements just to get a few minutes of my time, but if you're coming on like someone who just wants free service - and we get them, all the time - then you shouldn't blame them. What sort of work do you do, so we can all ask you to do unpaid work for us? I don’t ask people to sign buyers agency agreements just to get a few minutes of my time, but if you’re coming on like someone who just wants free service – and we get them, all the time – then you shouldn’t blame them.
