You’ll have to ask the seller for more details. Obviously, the claim will show up on the CLUE report, but it will only give the date, the type of claim (water), and the amount paid – no details.
Clearly, the seller should be disclosing it to you – I’d sure want it disclosed, before shelling out bucks for a unit that clearly had water damage.
There’s no other resource, unless some of the neighbors have any info.
