question about buying ‘income generating’ condos in philippines?

i am an american, and i plan to purchase a condo in the philippines, maybe boracay. many companies offer a condo for sale, but i am free to use it for about 30 days a year, the remaining days it would be rented out to tourist and then the company shares the revenue with you, something like 15%. i was wondering if anyone has any expirience with this and if this is actually legit. they make it sound like a win, win situation. please provide some negative and positive info you may have expirienced or heard about what these companies offer. also please give any recommendations which company may be a good investment opportunity. thank you.
real state or condo is a big hit in the Philippines right now and still going on ,theres ’s a lot of tourist coming in the the Philippines.There are a lot of condo’s being constructed right now,I got one at Makati for a cost of P 3,000000 and after constructed it has an offer of double the price that of my original .There are a lot of tourist buying condo’s like the one your talking about ,just be carefull to the people your dealing with,it’s a good investment if you do buy now ,the prices is really goin up fast.I have some people that can help you on this matter..

sounds like a scam to me. As an American I dont even think that its legal for you to buy property in the Philippines. They only allow philippine citizens or expatriates to buy land.
Thats a good idea purchase a condo in the philippines. Well, I bought a condo in the Philippines in one of the biggest company in the Philippines. I dont think that you only get 15% revenue when they rented your condo. They get more money then you huh. That’s Scam….. Well, if you really interested I can give you website that you really can relay on investment anywhere in the Philippines and this is not scam. Good luck.
