South Florida condo insurance & tax cost?

I plan to retire to the Boca Raton, Florida area and expect to buy a condo of about $30,000-$40,000. I’m trying to calculate my monthly total costs. What can I expect to pay for my condo insurance & taxes?

The insurance, if you choose to buy it, will probably run you several thousand a year. Taxes, well, whatever unit you buy, should be giving you an estimate on those.

Florida is a homeowners/condo insurance nightmare. Your monthly assessment will reflect that, too.
