In a condo, will common insurance except a claim for a couple leaky windows?

I just found out that a couple of the windows in my first floor duplex condo are leaking. Unfortunately, due to the housing market, the developer is bankrupt. However, we do have common insurance on the building. Can I make a claim with the common insurance?
