With asking prices dropping, Greenwich’s high-end housing market sees movement
For the first half of 2010, the price was right for high-end home buyers. In the first six months, there were 237 single-family home sales, up 146 percent from 111 sales during the same period of 2009, according to data from Riverside-based Shore & Country Properties.
