Looks like bank tried to cover up water damage on a foreclosure. Help?

I want to sell my current house, use the equity as a down payment, move into 1 condo , rent one out and , immediately sell the other two. Can I make money on this deal. They are for sale in a very popular tourist desination.

Should my condo insurance cover more than just my stuff like appliances, cabinetry, countertops, flooring?

how do I find recent sale prices of condos. Sort of like how Real Estate agents do it without being an agent?
