I currently own $141,000 and have a rate of 6.875% on a 30 year mortgage. I have owed the condo for 1.5 years and have been making principal payments of $100.00 each month. BAE mortgage quoted me 5.71 APR to refinance into a 30 year. If I wrap the closing costs into the load the new loan will be $145,900. I have been asked to pay closing costs of $4,422. I rent the Condo out.
My Tenant was out for a few days.
At this time some pipe got frozen and the water damage got occured due to low temperature in the appartment.
My Tenant is claiming that the Thermostat was broken.
However he did not mentioned that to us.
I have no Homeowner insurance policy but Master Policy which doesn’t cover anything inside the building.

I entrusted a realtor to handle all aspects of the sale of my condo, including the choice of the settlement company and the title company. After settlement, with my realtor there with me, the buyer went through the settlement documents very closely and discovered that my realtor’s settlement company had mistakenly conveyed two parking spaces from my first condo instead of just one space from my new condo, as I had clearly instructed my realtor.
