In Janaury 2004 Water flowed from my neighbors condo from above. When asked to have the condo insurance cover the damages, denied by State Farm. When the unit’s owner was approached she stated “I’m not paying anything:”

yesterday, our washer somehow over flowed, resulting in a very wet and smelly carpet. we put towels on it to mop up excess water, tried having a fan dry it out and even used a hair dryer!!
