What does it mean when a unit of condos that had been on the market are suddenly “No longer available?”?

    It means … it’s not available any longer.

    Maybe someone bought it.

    Maybe the owners decided not to sell.

    Maybe the property’s been re-listed with a different agent.

    Maybe there was a fire and the whole building burned to the ground.

    All that you know for a fact is that the condo is no longer for sale, at least on that site..

    Probably means either sold or someone has placed an offer that has been accepted. Alternately, it could mean that all offers to date have been rejected or no offers have been received and the owner is taking the condo off the market for a while.

    I’d guess that it means that it is in the process of being sold; an offer has been made and possibly accepted as well.
